A Merge PDF to 100KB tool combines several PDF documents into one file and makes sure the finished document stays within a 100 kilobyte size limit. This is useful when a website, job portal, government form, or email attachment restricts uploads to 100KB, but your source documents are separate files that together exceed that limit.
The tool first merges your PDFs page by page in the order you choose. If the combined file is already under 100KB, it is downloaded exactly as it is — no quality is lost. If it is larger, the built-in compressor re-encodes the pages at progressively lower compression levels until the file fits under the target. Everything happens in your browser using JavaScript, so your documents are never uploaded to a server.
Click Select PDF Files or drag and drop two or more PDFs into the drop zone. Thumbnails and page counts appear automatically.
Drag thumbnails to reorder and rotate any document. Keep the target size at 100 KB and leave Auto-compress enabled.
Click Merge PDF to 100 KB. The merged document is generated, compressed if needed, and downloaded automatically.
After the pages are merged, the tool checks the total file size. If it is already at or below your target, nothing else happens — your original quality is preserved completely. If it is over the target, the compressor renders each page and rebuilds the PDF using progressively stronger image compression until the file fits.
100KB is a very tight limit, so compression is almost always needed and some quality loss should be expected. Because rasterization converts pages into images, text is no longer selectable or searchable in the compressed output. If you need selectable text, merge with a larger target and use the Compress PDF tool, or reduce the number of pages with Remove Pages from PDF before merging.
Need a different limit? Try the Merge PDF 200KB, Merge PDF 300KB or Merge PDF 1MB pages, or change the target size selector inside the tool.
The tool is responsive and works in modern mobile browsers on Android and iPhone. Tap Select PDF Files to pick documents from your device storage or cloud files app. Drag-and-drop reordering is replaced by the up/down arrow buttons that appear on each thumbnail, so you can still control the exact order. Rotation, target size selection, and the merge button work the same way on a phone as on a desktop.
Combine assignments, transcripts, and certificates into one file under a 100KB portal limit.
Merge a résumé, cover letter, and certificates into a single PDF that fits tight upload limits.
Combine contracts and case files under 100KB without sending confidential documents to a server.
Bundle applications, ID copies, and policy documents into one size-compliant PDF.
Add your PDFs, arrange them in the order you want, keep the target size set to 100 KB, and click Merge PDF to 100 KB. If the merged document is larger than the target, the tool automatically compresses it until it fits.
100KB is a very tight limit, so compression is almost always required and some quality loss is expected. Pages are re-encoded as JPEG images at the best quality level that still fits. For best results, merge documents with mostly text and few images.
No. When the automatic compressor runs, pages are rasterized, so text becomes part of the image and is no longer selectable or searchable. This is usually the trade-off required to reach 100KB.
Yes. You can rotate entire PDF documents clockwise or counter-clockwise before merging them, using the rotation buttons on each file thumbnail or the batch rotation buttons.
Yes. All PDF processing, including merging and size compression, happens locally in your browser using JavaScript. Your files are never uploaded to any server.
The compressor steps down through several quality levels. If the document still cannot fit under 100KB, the smallest achievable version is offered for download along with a warning. In that case, try removing pages, splitting the document, or merging fewer files.
