Welcome to ToolBajar ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using toolbajar.com or any of our tools, you ("user", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue using ToolBajar immediately. Your continued use of the site constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

To use ToolBajar, you must:

ToolBajar provides a suite of free online tools — including PDF utilities, image editors, SEO tools, converters, and social media helpers. Most tools run entirely in your browser.

• Limit usage to prevent abuse (rate limits, daily caps, etc.).
• Introduce premium features in the future (core tools remain free).
• Suspend the service temporarily for maintenance or updates.

You agree NOT to use ToolBajar to:

• Upload or process illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Violate any local, national, or international law.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or overload our servers.
• Scrape, mine, or bulk-download content without permission.
• Impersonate ToolBajar, its staff, or other users.
• Spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Circumvent rate limits, security, or access restrictions.
• Use automated bots to abuse our free services.

All content on ToolBajar — including the name, logo, design, code, graphics, text, and user interface — is owned by ToolBajar or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

• Use our tools for personal or commercial purposes.
• Share links to ToolBajar freely.
• Reference ToolBajar in reviews or educational content.

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our code or design.
• Use our logo or brand without written permission.
• Create derivative works or clone services.
• Remove copyright or trademark notices.

You retain full ownership of any files, documents, images, or content you process through ToolBajar. We claim no rights over your content whatsoever.

For the small number of tools that require server-side processing:

• You grant us a temporary, limited license to process your file solely to complete the requested task.
• This license ends immediately after processing completes.
• Files are auto-deleted within 1 hour.
• We do not inspect, share, or reuse your content.

ToolBajar integrates third-party services (Google Analytics, AdSense, Cloudflare, CDNs) to operate and improve our platform. We may also link to external websites.

We are not responsible for:

• The content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.
• Any damage caused by third-party services or links.
• Advertisements displayed through Google AdSense.
• Actions or inactions of third-party service providers.

We recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service you interact with through our platform.

ToolBajar is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our services.
• That files will always process correctly or without data loss.
• That results from our tools will meet your specific needs.
• That the service will be free of viruses or harmful components.
• Any specific uptime or performance level.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolBajar shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profit, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors.
• Damages resulting from third-party services or links.
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us (which is zero — our tools are free).

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ToolBajar, its founders, team members, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of ToolBajar's services.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights.
• Content you upload or process using our tools.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ToolBajar at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

You may stop using ToolBajar at any time. Since we don't require accounts or collect personal data aggressively, there's nothing to "delete" — you simply stop visiting.

Sections that should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will change.
• Significant changes will be announced on our homepage or via email (if subscribed).
• Your continued use of ToolBajar signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically. If you do not agree with any changes, please discontinue using ToolBajar.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ToolBajar shall be resolved through:

• Then: Mediation, if an amicable resolution isn't reached within 30 days.
• Finally: Binding arbitration or courts located in Patna, Bihar, India, as the exclusive jurisdiction.
