The ToolBajar JPG to PDF Converter turns one or more JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF or BMP images into a single, organised PDF document, where each image becomes one page. Instead of sending a folder of loose photos, you get one tidy file that opens the same way on every device — perfect for scanned documents, receipts, ID photos, handwritten notes, presentation slides, and photo portfolios.
The tool runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript and the HTML canvas API. Your images stay on your device and are never uploaded to a server, so you can convert private photos, identity documents, or confidential scans without worrying about third-party access.
Click Select Images or drag and drop your pictures into the drop zone. Previews and dimensions appear automatically.
Drag thumbnails to set the page order. Rotate any sideways photo with the rotation buttons, or rotate everything at once from the side panel.
Pick a page size (A4, Letter, Legal or fit to image), orientation, margin, and image quality.
Click Convert to PDF. The document is generated in your browser and downloaded automatically.
Need to combine the result with an existing document? Use our Merge PDF tool afterwards. To shrink the finished file, try Compress PDF, or extract pages again with Split PDF.
The tool is responsive and works in modern mobile browsers on Android and iPhone. Tap Select Images to pick photos from your camera roll or cloud storage. Drag-and-drop reordering is replaced by the up/down arrow buttons on each thumbnail, so you can still control the exact page order. Rotation, page size and quality settings work exactly the same way as on a desktop.
